Fred McFadden
Managing Director
Fred McFadden joined KPR in 2017 and is involved in all aspects of company operations and the life cycle of each property. Fred coordinates closely with the property management, finance and leasing teams to optimize the financial performance of all assets and he oversees due diligence for new acquisitions. He also focuses on process and technology improvement throughout the organization.
Prior to joining KPR, Fred worked with Winslow Property Management and Summit Realty Partners. In addition to overseeing property management and office administration, Fred functioned as both asset manager and partner in multiple retail acquisitions and redevelopments. Previously, Fred had worked in operations management while simultaneously investing in multiple independent real estate projects.
Fred holds a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College. He lives in Milton, MA with his wife and three children where he is actively involved in youth sports and town government.
