Stella Lee
Vice President of Finance
As a Managing Director at KPR Centers, Stella plays a critical role in the company’s Finance function. Stella is responsible for co-leading and managing all aspects of the company’s accounting, cash management and financial reporting processes.
Prior to joining the company, Stella was Controller at Silvercup Properties, a real estate investment and development company, responsible for all of the firm’s financial functions, controls and lender compliance with multiple construction loans. She previously led and managed finance and accounting departments for real estate investment firms with various real estate asset classes in the greater New York area. Stella began her career in the U.S. at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she was responsible for financial operations of Class A buildings in Manhattan. Before moving to the U.S., she was a senior manager at China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC), the first and largest investment bank in China.
Stella holds a B.S. from Tsinghua University and an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
