Andrew Frank
Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel
Andy is responsible for all infrastructure and legal functions at KPR.
Prior to joining KPR, Andy served for approximately 6 years as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of StackLine Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund. At StackLine, Andy oversaw all corporate infrastructure functions including operations, accounting, tax, investor relations, human resources, legal, compliance, information technology and banking. Prior to StackLine, Andy spent more than 10 years at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group where he held a number of roles in its New York and London offices, including Executive Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer of Och-Ziff Europe, Chief Operating Officer – Europe and General Counsel. Andy’s responsibilities included running Och-Ziff’s London office, overseeing all of its London-based infrastructure functions and directing a number of Och-Ziff’s strategic business initiatives. Andy also served on a number of Och-Ziff’s global leadership committees, including its Investment, Risk, Conflicts, Valuation, Operational and Business Risk Committees. Prior to joining Och-Ziff, Andy was an associate in the law firm O’Melveny & Myers, where he represented private equity and venture capital firms on a variety of equity and debt transactions. Andy holds a B.A. from Binghamton University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and is admitted as an attorney in New York and New Jersey.
