Geoff joined KPR Centers in May 2023 with a focus on developing institutional equity relationships and sourcing acquisition opportunities.

Prior to joining KPR Centers, Geoff was a Vice Chairman at Newmark in one of the nation’s most successful investment property sales groups.  He guided both institutional and private clients with the marketing, disposition and financing of retail assets. During his career as an investment sales broker, Geoff and his teams closed more than 250 transactions across the northeastern United States with value in excess of $14 billion. His clients included many of the highest caliber institutions, such as Blackstone, PGIM, New England Development, Federal Realty Trust, Kimco, Site Centers, Regency Centers, GLL, Guggenheim, Morgan Stanley, Samuels & Associates, Shaw’s Supermarkets, Stop & Shop Supermarkets, Deutsche Bank (RREEF) and TA Associates.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Geoff is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI,) where he is a past chair of the CRC Gold Council, and Greater Boston Real Estate Board. He is an active supporter of Friendship Home and Wellspring and a guest lecturer at Babson College. Geoff resides in Cohasset with his wife Michelle and has two adult daughters, Bailey and Mackenzie.
