Josh Lipkowitz
Managing Director
As a Managing Director at KPR Centers, Josh plays a critical role in the company’s Finance function. He is responsible for co-leading and managing all aspects of the company’s accounting, cash management and financial reporting processes.
Prior to joining the company, Josh was Director of Finance at Cofinance Inc., a real estate investment company with a portfolio that consists of both mixed use and retail assets. At Cofinance Inc., Josh was responsible for all of the firm’s financial functions and controls. He previously managed accounting and finance for a real estate investment firm with both debt and equity holdings in New York City. Josh has had significant experience with property, investor and corporate reporting for a variety of asset classes and investment structures.
Josh is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of New York.
