Stan Glantz
Vice President, Development & Construction
Stan oversees strategy and execution of redevelopment efforts throughout the existing Katz Properties portfolio and spearheads sourcing development-related acquisitions and joint ventures.
Prior to joining Katz Properties in 2013, Stan was Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Konover Development Corporation, one of New England’s largest privately owned retail development companies. Stan was primarily responsible for management of the organization’s land acquisition, project entitlement, leasing and construction teams. His responsibilities also included oversight of the company’s new development opportunities.
Stan is a graduate of Syracuse University’s School of Architecture and is a licensed Architect in the State of Connecticut. Stan served as Connecticut State Director of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) from 2004-2007, chaired the ICSC New England Idea Exchange in 2005 & 2006 and continues to serve on various ICSC committees as member or committee chair . In 2008, Stan became an ICSC Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) and was recently nominated to serve the second of two 3 year terms as a member of the Admissions & Governing Committee for the CDP designation beginning in January 2010. In April 2011, Stan became a Senior CDP designee.
