ATLANTA (August 21, 2017) – SRS’ Investment Properties Group (IPG) exclusively marketed and brokered the sale of Union Town Centre in Indian Trail, N.C…..View Article Located at 5850 Highway 74 West, the center consists of 102,360 square feet situated on 15 acres of land, and is anchored by Food Lion and Dollar Tree. The IPG executed a high-exposure marketing strategy for Union Town Centre, touching each and every active grocery-anchored retail buyer in the investment community, resulting in multiple offers on the asset. “Union Town Centre is a great example of what continues to be a mainstay in the retail investment community,” said Pierce Mayson, principal, Investment Properties Group. “Grocery-anchored product in primary and high-growth markets like Charlotte is still garnering plenty of attention from investors, as evidenced by the eight solid offers we received before choosing our eventual buyer.”
