New York, New York – KPR (Katz Properties Retail), an East coast retail investor and operating firm, continues to add to its portfolio with the recent acquisition of The Shops at Blue Bell, located in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
The Shops at Blue Bell, which is 100% leased, is a 103,580 square foot shopping center, anchored by a Giant grocery store, built in 1995, and is situated at 1760 DeKalb Pike (Route 2020), within the Philadelphia MSA. True Value Hardware will be filling the shopping center’s sole vacancy.
